Hello All
Well as you can see I'm writing in the AM again. Trying to sleep is horrible sometimes.
I'm finished my 2nd round of chemo and it was a long few days. I had another allergic reaction to the rituxan, its a great drug for N-H-L. So we had to stop giving it to me on the first day and continue on the second. which means for long days, My body can't handle recieving it at a fast pace. Even with Hydro cortisone and tylenol and the Benadryl. (lots of it) that I received the first day the doctors were hoping that I wouldn't have the reaction, but I did.
So we started again on Wednesday with all the same drugs as before and i spent 8 hours receiving all my chemo, its very tiring
and made my heartburn horrible so i'm now on lozac. and the steroids made my breathing horrible. So it feels like someone is sitting on my chest. But hopefully when my body bounces back i'll start to feel better.
I had worst nausea this time, only lasted a few days which is good. not complaining, sounds like it but i'm not.
Some days are good and some are the same. i'm taking one day at a time. Its all part of the healing. just get thru the sucky days to live me life.
and it looks forsure I won't lose my hair. nice right. lol
